Due to company growth, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Distributed Energy Team in our Portland, ME office.
- Coordination of day-to-day office matters
- Organize & Schedule Meetings, Events, and Training
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships.
- Assist HR/Talent Acquisition with Onboarding new hires.
- Partner with IT on software and equipment needs.
- Prepare and Mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex Packages
- Prepare & Edit Presentations
- Maintain office facilities and serve as the point of contact.
- Order Office Supplies & Process Monthly Utility Invoices
- Assume other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
- Associate's and/or bachelor's degree in a related field or High School Diploma / GED
- 4+ years of administrative experience
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
- Ability to take on increased responsibilities as the position advances
- "No job too small" mind-set is necessary for success
- Must be a resident of Maine and able to travel to the office in Portland
