The Admin Assistant will be responsible to assist with the daily functions of the office to maintain organization and bookkeeping.
Daily functions include:
- Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers
- Ensure accounts receivable are collected promptly
-Reconcile credit card statements
-Collect invoices, match with POs, code, and enter into Accounts Payable
- Filing, Scanning, Emailing
- Order office supplies
- Maintaining misc. reports
Job Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Experience with Sage Timberline software
