We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play an important role in the operations of the law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting clients and lawyers;
- Managing incoming calls;
- Preparing and maintaining reception area and conference rooms;
- Maintaining confidential and sensitive information;
- Supporting client file organization and document management;
- Assisting with office management duties including ordering supplies, managing equipment, working with vendors;
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor and appearance;
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team;
- Punctual and reliable;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred;
