Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for one of the areas most renown law firms. In this role, you will be responsible for answering and routing calls, entering information into the internal systems, communicating with clients, attorneys and other staff, assisting attorneys, paralegals, and management with administrative tasks, and providing general support to the smooth running of the office. Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Handles a multi-line phone system
- Manages front office area
- Orders supplies
- Ensures smooth overall day-to-day office operations from an administrative standpoint
- Greets clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries
- Updates and maintains extensive databases
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Collecting, sorting, and distributing mail
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative office experience required
- Experience in a law firm highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and strong phone etiquette
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong Word and word processing experience highly preferred
- Strong spelling and grammar skills
