The Administrative Assistant is the face of our Market Center, welcoming agents and clients with a warm and genuine smile. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting multiple team members with various administrative tasks. The person in this role will be a fundamental part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and successfully every day.
The ideal candidate will have a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, and be proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google.
The Administrative Assistant is a critical part of the leadership team and will have opportunities for personal and professional growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer inquiries and obtain information for agents, co-workers, and visitors
- Perform a wide variety of administrative duties with a high degree of autonomy and judgment while being proactive and efficient
- Assisting Market Center Leadership with long term vision and operations
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in providing assistance and guidance to others
- Ability to learn real estate specific systems and operate as directed
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong level of adaptability, work ethic, and a high level of personal integrity and accountability
- Some financial experience preferred
