A small business in Brandon is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an evening position and the hours are 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday.
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager and the job duties include: creating customer files, scanning, copying, filing, answering phones, taking customer information in person and over the phone, supervising children, ordering and stocking supplies, light cleaning in the office as needed and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong clerical and administrative skills, but most important, we are looking for a dependable, caring, friendly person who a passion for helping others. This position involves working closely with people of all ages, co-workers, children and parents so excellent people and listening skills are a must. We are looking for a creative, "people person" with the ability to multitask as needed, and takes direction well.
