We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in QuickBooks and a background in accounting. Bilingual abilities are also required to cater to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and office supplies to ensure easy accessibility.
- Assist in preparing financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Process payments, track accounts receivable, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining financial records.
- Act as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
