Job Description
An Addison Group client is looking for an all-star Administrative Assistant for their office in York, PA! This is a completely in-office opportunity - some who had a fantastic attention to detail and dynamic personality would be great for this role!
Responsibilities /Duties:
- Assist office personnel with administrative, technological, and secretarial request and inquiries
- Telephone Operator
- Schedule and access Outlook and/or our reservation system calendars for meeting reservations
- Create office signage or correspondence utilizing Microsoft Office suite applications
- Operate and troubleshoot office machinery: I.e. Copiers, Mail Machine, Printers, UC 360, etc.
- Replenish utilized supplies within the office
- Take inventory and stock incoming deliveries
- Process and ship outgoing mail
- Receive, sort, and route incoming mail via electronic system
- File paperwork during software transition
- Field memos to appropriate leaders within the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to function independently when given projects as well as in a team environment when working with others
- Strong customer service and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office & Windows OS
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace office environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize their work day wisely
- Must be a team player
- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude
