Are you a proactive and organized individual with a knack for multitasking? We're looking for an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various office functions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Answering Phones and Responding to Emails:
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist clients by providing information, solving problems, and addressing inquiries.
2. Client Support:
- Work closely with clients to resolve issues and answer questions effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
3. CRM Software Management:
- Utilize our CRM software (Service Autopilot) to manage client information and interactions.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the system.
4. Spreadsheets and Reporting:
- Create various reports using spreadsheet software, with a focus on Google Sheets.
- Assist in organizing and analyzing data for informed decision-making.
5. Billing, Invoicing, and Marketing Support:
- Contribute to billing and invoicing processes.
- Provide assistance in marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently for extended periods in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (similar to Excel).
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness to learn new software, with a focus on our CRM system.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
