Job Description
Triangle Fire Protection, Inc., a small business fire protection company in the Carlisle/Mechanicsburg, PA area, is hiring an Administrative Assistant. Position is full-time (~40 hrs/week) and flexible.
This position is mainly responsible for updating and reviewing inspection reports, taking care of customers, assisting the inspection coordinator, and assisting the inspection manager. This is a fast paced environment and candidate must be detailed and accurate.
You will work alongside an experienced project manager to gain knowledge of the fire protection industry, learn about our customers, and assist in other activities.
Job Requirements
The candidate must have a High School Diploma, have a good positive attitude, be self-motivated, respectful, accurate, detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
Candidate will be required to relocate within a reasonable driving distance of the Carlisle/Mechanicsburg area.
Working Environment
Work hours are approximately 8 hours a day between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, M-F.
Hourly pay to be determined.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
