Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our commercial real estate and property management team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive mindset. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative team members.
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, ordering/stocking/refilling office and kitchen supplies, filing, some data entry, mail sorting, and miscellaneous clerical tasks.
- Call routing and follow-up, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Arranging corporate lunches as needed.
- Picking up Sam’s Club orders and other supplies as required.
- Acting as a liaison for tenant insurance inquiries and coordination.
- Providing other administrative support duties to the property management team as needed and assigned.
Qualifications:
- This is an entry- level position, but previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in typing (minimum 40 WPM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and flexible approach to handling various tasks and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
