SalaryPosition Description: We are looking for a Team Member interested in advancing to a sales position. Scheduling availability must be able to accommodate Monday-Sunday retail scheduling, special projects and covering other shifts when necessary.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide next level Customer Service to all customers
- Assist customers with selection, application, and use of all nursery products and related accessories
- General departmental maintenance: including building displays, stocking, merchandising, and other duties as assigned
- Maintain assigned aisles to company standards
- D365 utilization
- Communicate with all levels of the organization
- Use a variety of equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, pickers, JLG
Preferred Experience:
- Sales experience
- Product knowledge
- Proficient with D365
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

This is a non-exempt position located at Friedman’s Home Improvement Petaluma, CA retail store. Hours are retail need based from Sunday – Saturday.
