Location: Louisville, KY 40219
Pay: $17
Schedule: Monday- Friday | The candidate must have open availability for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:30 am-8:00 pm
**Remote after training**
The schedule could be any of the following, based on the needs of business: 9:30am-6:00pm, 10:30am-7:00pm or 11:30am-8:00pm
Job Description:
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers
Provide appropriate Customer Service and an effortless experience to the caller
Provide accurate information to the caller
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
Resolve the callers needs
Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
Requirements
The candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance
Call Center experience (Healthcare preferred)
Type 35 wpm or greater
