Job Overview:
Our Law Firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to work with the Paralegals and Attorneys to assist with administering matters, which will include but not be limited to case file management, accounting for matters, tracking deadlines, as well as learning other aspects of file management and case progression, and work with the main office administrator on tasks. Starting Salary between $50,000 and $60,000 per year, plus PTO, Holiday Pay, Insurance, 401k, and training that is on-going to learn more about administration and practices in a law firm. Limited prior experience is required. A candidate looking to enter into a law firm practice should apply, expecting to gain knowledge and receive continuous training. Long term candidate would be preferred, and candidate can expect growth in this position. We are a boutique law firm which means we are a small firm that works closely together to accomplish client and law firm goals, assisting the attorneys, paralegals and staff.

Position Expectations: Candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented - Computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide customer support and address client inquiries or concerns
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to type quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
