We are a boutique Professional Recruiting firm, servicing Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. We offer professional recruiting and staff augmentation services for IT and accounting positions.
This role will directly be reporting to the CEO of the company and will also involve supporting the recruiters in the company.
Responsibilities
- Supporting recruiters: formatting resumes, organizing candidate information, taking phone calls and messages, coordinating interviews, and sourcing candidates
- Organizing roles from our different clients, keeping track of statuses of roles and candidate statuses
- Formatting resumes for recruiters
- Submitting candidates to our clients through their portals
- Composing emails to correspond with our clients
- Organizing offers and associated paperwork
- Ordering office supplies when needed.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who can identify needs in the company and do their best to fill them. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and written language skills. Applicants need not have prior experience in the Recruiting Industry. Recent graduates okay to apply as well.
