Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong administrative and customer service skills. This position will involve providing support to the office staff, managing projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Provide phone support & assist clients in the Home Expansion Program. Schedule initial assessments appointments for new clients.
Call potential clients to intro the Home Expansion Program.
Mail health educational materials to clients and community partners. Prepare maternal child health packets.
Arrange cab rides for clients' prenatal appointments and Home Expansion related events.
Review files and records to answer requests for information spreadsheet software:
Provide clerical support to program team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
