Qualifications
- Associates degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience and edcuation) required
- One (1) year managed care credentialing experience required
- Three (3) years analytical, reporting or database management experience required
- Requires:
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Creative and effective problem solver
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze same
- Strong project management problem resolution and communication skills
- Strong MS Office suite skills Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint and proven ability to use/learn company specialized software and hardware
- Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Motivated energetic and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Two (2) years of managed care credentialing experience preferred
- Five (5) years of analytical reporting or database management experience preferred
- Technical writing or project management experience preferred
Pay Range
$25.25 - $36.61 /hour
