Customer Service Representative
Whirlwind Services is a locally owned maintenance company that has been in business for over 35 years. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Administrative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and dispatching service technicians to various job sites. The position requires strong data entry, prioritization, and follow-up skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians to job sites
- Enter data into the company's computer system with accuracy and speed
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and other factors
- Assist with coordinating and tracking work orders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide timely updates to customers and service technicians regarding job status
- Understand company policies and procedures related to service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration/ customer service required
- Strong data entry and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of landscape, custodial services, Vactor storm water drain cleaning, and spill cleanup services would be an advantage
This is an hourly full-time position Monday through Friday. The position is an in-office position located in Woodinville, WA. The Pay is $24 per hour DOE.
