Requirements:
- Three years or more as a Physician preferred
- Board Certification commensurate to practice specialty preferred.
- Licensed by the State of NH as a Physician.
- Active DEA Registration.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required and maintained throughout employment. ACLS certification preferred.
