ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OPPORTUNITY

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Kamson Corporation, a prominent Northern New Jersey Property Management Company, located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is seeking a professional, dependable and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable clerk to support the daily operations for our residential apartment communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle the day-to-day operations for our residential properties.
● Process resident and miscellaneous payments
● Provide excellent customer service
● Must be able to prioritize and handle a heavy volume of workflow
● Maintain resident accounts
● Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
● Complete needed daily & monthly reports
● Assist with payment discrepancies
● Research and help resolve customer disputes
● Perform other accounting duties and special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
● Excellent customer service skills
● Superior organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
● Strong communication skills
● Multi-tasker who can prioritize appropriately
● Skilled in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
● Working knowledge of MRI real estate software a plus
● Must be able to commute to North Jersey headquarters
● Problem-solver with a willingness to adapt to change
● Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
● Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work
● Accounts Receivable Accounting Assessment required as part of the interview process
