Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and process incoming payments.
- Conduct daily deposits of incoming funds.
- Review receivable accounts and schedules regularly.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to Accounts Receivable (AR) customers.
- Input and oversee accounts payable.
- Assist with additional tasks or duties as needed by management.
Essential Functions:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of automotive experience preferred; training available.
- Proficient in using a computer and 10-key calculator.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Personal initiative and ability to work independently.
- Valid TX driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Aptitudes Required:
- Mental agility on a constant basis.
- Mechanical skills required rarely.
- Strong verbal communication skills on a constant basis.
- Personal initiative is crucial.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional standing and walking.
- Frequent sitting and grasping/gripping.
- Occasionally bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs, push/pull, and reach above shoulders.
- Rarely lie down or climb ladders.
- Frequent use of finger dexterity for typing/writing.
- Occasionally operate equipment and drive vehicles.
- Vision required beyond arm's length.
- Work predominantly indoors with occasional outdoor and confined space work.
- Rare exposure to fumes, chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
