We are currently hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant.
Skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Experience in data entry
- Experience in processing accounts and payments
- Experience in reconciling accounts
- Experience in resolving billing issues
- Experience in preparing spreadsheets
- Filing, copying, answering phones
- Good customer service and office communication
This is an office environment. You would be using office equipment, computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, etc.
It is a largely sedentary position, but does require occasional walking.

Pay: $19.69 - $23.71 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
