Job Description
- Must be available to be on call
- On-Premise
- Company provided cell phone, laptop to be provided along with keys/fobs, RFID badge
- Main task is all user provisioning and associated tasks
- New accounts
- Changes
- Terminations
- Etc.
- Mostly the same day to day, just daily grind of keeping up with user provisioning
- Various internal, external, and gaming audit requests
- Knowledge, can understand, adopt, and keep up with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and MICS
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by management
- Expected to be able and willing to assist taking help desk calls as able throughout day if roll over
- Most of all, need good synergy and mesh with us
