Accounts Payable/Front Desk

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Accounts Payable/Front Desk Agent. As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will process invoices, matching them to purchase orders. Prepare check runs every Monday, along with handling check request throughout the week. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience, answering a small volume of calls & ordering office supplies once a week.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and corporate accounting practices
- Ability to perform debits/credits and account reconciliation
- Experience with financial software such as Foundation is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
