Essential Functions:
NOTE: The list of essential functions is not exhaustive. It may be supplemented as necessary from time to time. * Manage the day-to-day front office operation of the Credit Union and establish office procedures to use staff and facilities most efficiently. Prepare daily cash position analysis.
- Promote and practice member servicing with a SMILE
- Supervise staff and monitor efficiency. Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff.
- Address member questions and resolve issues. Handle member complaints and research requests
- Balance daily work and prepare deposits
- Monitor, order, and verify daily cash demand
- Manage member online access and cardholder accounts
- Handle and understand all aspect of member financial transactions
- Handle, support and understand all aspect of member communications. Ensure all communication is handled within a reasonable amount of time providing members with regular updates
- Open accounts and offer information on additional services and available programs
- Prepare correspondences and maintain files
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings
- Perform duties of staff in their absence
- Maintain daily contact with member services representatives, providing support, input, feedback, and guidance concerning their daily operations
- Monitor branch activity, including number of transactions, volume, teller errors, loan volume, teller and loan personal sales, new accounts, etc.
- Process Credit and Debit Card transactions
- Analyze various statistics and the use of technology in all areas of operation and make recommendations for the efficient operation and growth of the Credit Union
- Ensure adequate equipment supplies and working space is available to carry out Credit Union operations
- Ensure that the Chief Member Experience Officer is kept fully informed on the conditions and front operations of the Credit Union, and of all important factors influencing them
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of work, and to provide consistent quality service to members. Constantly improve on optimizing the member experience.
- Supervise staff and carry out necessary reporting with regards to all areas of operations and compliance
- Organize and participate in promotional events and special events
- Host seminars regarding financial education for current and prospective members
- Assist the Credit Union CEO in maintaining all financial, statistical, and accounting records of the Credit Union.
- Work with auditors and examiners in reviewing the financial accounts and operations of the Credit Union.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Credit Union Experince as an Operations manager: 3 years (Required)
- Organizational skills: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
