Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices on a timely basis while maintaining accuracy and ensuring compliance with payment controls.

Location: Easton, PA
Hybrid work schedule
Salary: $23-26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices received
• Verify and enter vendor information
• Enter invoice payments following established guidelines
• Record general ledger entries for processed payments
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close
• Produce accurate month end accruals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 1+ years of relevant AP experience
• Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
• Must have strong data entry skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
