You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.
Job description:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to address behavioral and emotional challenges
- Provide behavior management strategies and support to clients and their families
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other providers, such as PCPs, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progressExperience:
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health and substance use disorders
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals

- Quality direct care services (on and off site), including but not limited to, individual, group and family psychotherapy, case management and crisis intervention services within a Holistic modality
- Timely completion of all required document associated with above listed services
- Consultation with school, medical and social service agencies as necessary
- Participation in internal case reviews, case presentations and utilization review
- Participation in holistic staff development programs
- Receive clinical (programmatic) supervision as needed
- Contribute to positive work environment and overall team effort
- Refer clients to Her Mind Her Body Wellness Program (PRP) when appropriately assessed
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy as credentialed and privileged, to clients and as part of a collaborative treatment plan as demonstrated by signatures on treatment plans and content of session notes.
- Document services provided to clients in a progress note.
- Complete treatment plans, transfer and discharge forms within scheduled times. Documents services as delivered and charge tickets that agree with the progress note and treatment plan.
- Assess clients other needs such as for case management, PRP, and other clinic services such as evaluation for medication and other treatment modalities. Facilitate referral, coordinate, and document these services.
- Cooperate in clinic assignments such as location assignments and schedules. Communicates changes according to in house requirements.
- Complete other duties as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- Addiction counseling: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification
- Clinical Social Worker
- Master in Social Work
- Mental Health Therapist License (Required)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
- - LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC
- (supervision for LMSWs and LGPCs provided)
