Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile, post, and pay credit card statements

- Enter employee timeslips daily
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Match invoices & packing slips with Purchase Orders

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable with full knowledge with taking the offered discounts on invoices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, solve problems, and work in a high volume environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Note: Experience with payroll and accounts receivable is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
