SalaryGreat, fast-paced position in the construction industry. Full time M-F, 8-5pm. Benefits include Health/Life/Dental insurance options, 401(k) plan with employer matching contribution, vacation time.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Accounts payable invoice entry
- Vendor documentation maintenance in accounting software
- Maintaining office supplies for the business
- Miscellaneous filing
- Customer service, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting or Equivalent Experience.
- General knowledge of accounting principles and processes and an understanding of general office procedures.
- Experience with Accounts Payable desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), 10-key, data entry and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently, including strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in various forms within the business
- Highly detailed, accurate, and organized in work.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
