POSITION PURPOSE
We are looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator II (Finance/Payable Focused) that will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and accurate coordination of Renewal by Andersen CORO expenses & marketing spend for the 12 company owned locations.
**Hybrid work schedule with Tuesday and Thursday in office commitments**
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Expense Management:
Process all invoices for the marketing department, including coding and securing signatures for proper authorization of payments on a timely basis.
Update forecast and actual expenses in the Company's Invoice Trackers & Marketing systems.
Vendor/Lead Source Management:
Updates spend in trackers and CRM system (estimate and actual) to ensure accurate reporting. Analyze results and share with the Lead Gen Team. Monitor and update estimates as needed.
Coordinates with accounts payable and finance to improve processes and ensure accuracy.
Lead Gen Strategy:
Coordination of lead generation spend to annual operating plan and weekly reporting to team.
Analytics:
Proactively and continuously leverage information to ensure accuracy of reporting. Implement recommendations in conjunction with CORO marketing. Provide regular reporting on marketing spend to correct marketing sources.
B & C Marketing Content:
Deliver a World Class Customer Experience:
Awareness of CORO marketing’s goal to deliver a positive homeowner experience.
Is aware of the impact of Rep.com and NPS scores on our business.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience preferably in finance/accounts payable or related group.
- Familiarity with direct response marketing is preferred.
- Strong MS Excel Skills.
- Strong Communication Skills and Attention to Detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
