This new Accounts Payable Processor within our Shared Success Center will be at the center of the action from initial planning to launch and ongoing operations, providing an amazing opportunity for your talents to make an impact! This is an excellent opportunity for an early in career individual who is looking to expand their skills and grow with a company.
What you will be doing
The role of Accounts Payable Processor is review and process Accounts Payable invoices and employee reimbursements. This could mean:
- Reviewing and verify accuracy of invoices.
- Code expenses appropriately
- Maintain vendor files.
- Perform and complete reconciliation of accounts.
- Research and resolve discrepancies.
- Report generation.
To be successful, you will have
- Associate degree in accounting, business or finance.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Effectively communicate points in a manner that is consistent with position.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks appropriately.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
