SalaryWe currently have an immediate full time opening for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to work in our ADO division.
Job Summary
The Accounts Payable/Receivable position is responsible for complete a variety of accounts receivable and payable tasks to ensure accurate ADO monthly customer statements. Including data entry, supplier payments, bank deposits, applying payments to customers, and month end activities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer customer and vendor calls, in a professional and timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries on merchandise, services, billing, and credit issues.
- Data entry into E1 system for customer invoicing and vendor payments
- Perform cash application process, including deposits, credit cards, and balancing payments.
- Complete month end responsibilities. Including reconciling data imported to vendor statements and sending out vendor statements.
- Enter vendor payments and answer and resolve supplier inquires.
- Complete administrative duties as necessary.
Experience/Qualifications
- Position requires a two- or four-year degree and a minimum of three years of related accounting work, or equivalent combination of education/ experience.
- Proficient with Window, Word & Excel along with excellent keyboarding and 10-key skills.
- Excellent customer service skills along with excellent written/oral communication.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and adhere to schedules and timelines.
- Must be able to manage a variety of duties.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills required.
