Administrative Assistant/AP/Bookkeeper
Looking for a Full Time motivated person to work in an active Real Estate Property Management office as a receptionist and administrative assistant.
This person must fulfill the following requirements:
- Have basic booking skills, proficient with numbers and analysis skills
- 3 years AP experience necessary
- Do spreadsheets & record keeping
- Be self- motivated, a self-starter, and self disciplined
- Be organized with attention to detail
- Recognize prioritizing and good at problem solving
- Able to do collating, photocopying & filing
- Has good communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with a financial background preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
