Job Description for Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk

NY CREATES is seeking an Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to.

• Processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable transactions and Purchase Order creation.
• Provide clerical assistance for all business office functions.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements for Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk

• Incumbent must have earned a High school diploma and have three years Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• Individual must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; work both independently as well as with a team; have strong organization and verbal and written communication skills.
• The candidate must be an analytical person as well as detail oriented with the desire to succeed.

This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.

Salary Range: $20-$26/ hour

• Posted range is determined upon experience and education.
