SalaryOur company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Process weekly check runs
- Weekly collection calls
- Deposits
- Occasional business errand
Qualifications:
- Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with Spruce software is preferred, but not required
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
