A high volume of phone calls (we're not kidding when we say a high volume of phone calls in and out), text messages and emails occur daily in addition to regular job duties. This position utilizes QuickBooks for Accounts Payable and an industry specific software for all other tasks. While Accounts Payable and other accounting duties are the primary focus this position is also part of our scheduling and Customer Service team which is the epicenter of communication between our customers and our technicians. Our customers are the core of our business; therefore, a friendly, outgoing attitude is required to provide exceptional Customer Service and to resolve all potential challenges while multi-tasking. Pay and benefits are based on experience and skill set.
