As a Youth Development Specialist, you will work with youth in the Trenton scool district. To promote healthy social and mental health developments and improve connectedness both in and outside of school.
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 7a-3p
Responsibilities:
- Develop programming that build youth capability, connectedness to school, community, and caring adults
- Provide non-clinical counseling to youth on a variety of life-skills/healthy Youth Development topics
- Identify and conduct appropriate job training programs for youth; assist in job readiness and search

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, BSW) in social service field with 1 year experience working with youth in a group setting; OR
- Associate's degree with at least three (3) years' full time experience working with youth and families
