Centered on Career Exploration, this program provides various hands-on activities to engage students Monday through Friday. Currently we are hiring for a Youth Development Specialist.

- Developing lesson plans.
- Leading activities for groups of students.
- Supporting instructors during activities (Classroom Support)
- Building relationships with students (i.e. role modeling, mentoring)
- Assisting in creating an inviting, safe, and informative environment.
Requirements:
- 30 or more college credits (Education Majors preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
