Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
-Pass level 2 background
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
Office is located in Haines city will need to complete training there.
Once fully approved and training is completed will need to ensure in office at lease once a week
job requirements
-clients need home visits based off living setting with the most being once monthly.
-Maintaining up to date progress notes as well as their central file (iconnect system) .
- Coordinate and monitor services provided by various providers
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and support networks
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals served
