Job Title: Admin. Support/ HubSpot Coordinator for Sales
The Admin. Support/ HubSpot Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing admin support to the DSO sales team and maintaining / developing the DSO HubSpot database. This is a start-up environment and a new sales team and this role will assist with the creation of sales processes and building the sales infrastructure in the anticipation of aggressive sales growth.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Compensation: Hourly position with a pay range of $26.44-$28.84 an hour depending on experience

Essential Functions
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, customer onboarding, and customer follow-up for multiple clients.
- Manage HubSpot data integrity, including detailed spreadsheet scrubbing, custom property additions, and uploading sales prospect lists.
- Update and generate HubSpot reports to track sales performance, pipeline activity, and other key metrics.
- Serve as the sales team's HubSpot expert, guiding and empowering them with best practices and how-tos' in regard to the HubSpot platform.
- Design presentations, documents, and sales materials to support the sales team's efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and optimize sales processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in a similar role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment. Dentistry marketing roles a plus!
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, with a deep understanding of data management and segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and driving initiatives forward.
- Experience in graphic design and proficiency in design software/tools would be highly beneficial.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Physical Requirements
