If you want to partner with the best, apply today!Responsibilities:Developing internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities.Coordinates the preparation of SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, incorporating XBRL), encompassing management discussion and analysis, business description, financial statements with accompanying footnotes, and supplementary schedules.Conducts research to assess the impact of emerging accounting and SEC regulations. Contributes to the development and execution of strategies for adopting new accounting standards.Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.Establishing and maintaining financial controls with the accounting department.Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis.Consolidating foreign entities and/or other locations.Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.Providing support to management, particularly in commercial and financial matters.Create reports that help senior leadership understand company financials and assist in creating ideas to cut costs where needed.Being responsible for the company general ledger.Qualifications:CPA and Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting required.SEC Reporting experience required.5 years of Controller experience strongly preferred.Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.Must be able to communicate financial information into sound business language so people of all levels can understand.Possess a proactive 'can-do' mindset and adaptability to navigate challenges.Proficiency in guiding and overseeing teams to achieve shared goals through effective project management.
