Manada is looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales with a deep understanding and experience in Installation, Final Mile Logistics, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). The ideal candidate will have the drive and vision to achieve specific sales goals, strong interpersonal skills, and team-building capabilities. Responsible for managing sales, strategies, and the overall growth of the company. This position leads and develops internal and external sales management teams.
Requirements
- Develop and implement regional/national sales and go-to-market strategies that expand the company's total addressable market, expand our service offerings, and meet or exceed annual budgetary objectives.
- Use external and internal sales resources to drive growth with urgency and meet/exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for the sales team.
- Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Evaluate market opportunities, changes in demand, and competitor analysis and develop market-driven strategies and programs.
- Lead complex sales negotiations and attend sales presentations to close key deals.
- Serve as a member of the Executive Team, collaborating with other key stakeholders to expand market share.
- Hire, supervise, develop, and mentor a world-class sales team.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualification
- Extensive experience in B2B sales
- In-depth sales management, strategic planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated record of Sales strategy development and successful implementation
- Knowledge of relevant industries, business operations, and industry sector leaders
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively build, lead, motivate, and manage sales professionals
- Possess strong executive presence and ability to effectively engage at the executive level and influence key decision-makers
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable; able to switch approach/styles relevant to the situation
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a high-intensity, results-oriented environment
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Sales experience in a related industry-leading a Sales team at the VP level
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM (preferred) software and Microsoft Office Suite 365
