Traveling Office Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Office Assistant provides support systems and functions for the agency Administrator. In cooperation with the Administrator, the Office Assistant will assist the Chief Operations Officer, Director of Administrative Operations and Administrative Assistant as needed.

The Office Assistant maintains an on-going relationship with agency personnel. The Office Assistant supports and fosters the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the agency.

JOB DUTIES:

• Performs duties as requested by the Administrative Assistant / Director of Administrative Operations / Chief Operations Officer / Administrator
• Assists with other supervisors as directed by the Administrative Assistant / Director of Administrative Operations / Chief Operations Officer / Administrator
• Responsible for maintaining, ordering, and distributing medical and office supplies for all FCVN Offices.
• Participates in self-evaluation and professional development.
• Adheres to General Performance Standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma required.

• Computer skills and word processing ability required.
• Demonstrated ability to assist leadership personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Healthcare background experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
