Our tellers are often the face of Crossroads Bank and need to provide a pleasant banking environment for clients to have their banking needs met.

Process banking transactions for customers, properly document identification for customer transactions, responsibly manage their cash drawer; maintain proper cash levels, balance cash drawer daily, Image work. Our tellers are often the face of Crossroads Bank and need to provide a pleasant banking environment for clients to have their banking needs met.

Major Duties:

• Process banking transactions for customers
• Properly document identification for customer transactions
• Be aware of customer flow; watching for loitering or suspicious activity
• Responsibly manage their cash drawer; maintain proper cash levels, cash secured appropriately, bait money secured
• Balance cash drawer daily
• Keep work area free of clutter
Image work

Minor Duties:

• Answer Telephones
• Assist Clients with E-Banking Questions and Needs
• Roll loose coin
• Filing signature cards
• Maintain a sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements as applicable, including BSA/OFAC
• Schooling & Seminars as offered
• Other Duties As Assigned

Personal & Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Detail Oriented
• Problem solving skills
Some College classes in Business Field preferred

Physical Qualifications:

• Be able to lift &/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time .
