Balance teller drawer, Process holds and Scan proof work. ATM / balance ATM, process paperwork, resolve issues. Access STAR system to enter ATM cards and check for problems.
Backup on cash vault responsibilities, Open / close vault and Assist with alarm testing. Open bank/ security walk through when needed. Process cash advance, balance cash advance machine.
Open / Close safe deposit boxes and Access lock boxes with customers. Comply with Bank Secrecy Act. Key Job Elements Provide efficient, accurate and responsive customer service.

Punctual and regular attendance. Entry Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic computer operation and data entry.
Ability to operate a variety of automated and standard office equipment. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Physical Requirements Ability to operate a computer and general office equipment.
