Teller Job Duties Accept deposits and accurately process routine transactions including loan payments. Redeem savings bonds and Sell money orders and cashier checks. Prepare cash transaction report.
Process night deposits and Process mail deposits Order foreign currency and Wrap and count coins. Assist customers with any questions or problems they may have. Inform customers of bank products.
Balance teller drawer, Process holds and Scan proof work. ATM / balance ATM, process paperwork, resolve issues. Access STAR system to enter ATM cards and check for problems.
Backup on cash vault responsibilities, Open / close vault and Assist with alarm testing. Open bank/ security walk through when needed. Process cash advance, balance cash advance machine.
Open / Close safe deposit boxes and Access lock boxes with customers. Comply with Bank Secrecy Act. Key Job Elements Provide efficient, accurate and responsive customer service.

Punctual and regular attendance. Entry Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic computer operation and data entry.
