Universal Tellers with Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union, are personally committed to consistently exceed member expectations by meeting a broad range of financial service needs. The Universal Teller is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and will process member transactions, educate members on, and promote available products and services, maintain vault security, answer incoming phone calls, balance cash drawer and transactions daily and assist management as needed.

The Ideal candidate would be a team player who is customer service oriented, sales driven and eager to learn about the Credit Union and the members they serve. Universal Tellers serve as the “face” of our credit union, so we are seeking candidates that understand the important role they will play in our organization and will be ready to put their best foot forward on day one.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year recent Credit Union or related banking experience as a Teller, preferred but not required
• Experience working in retail helpful
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Time management and prioritization skills
• PC and software familiarity, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite for word processing and spreadsheets
• High school education or equivalent

Pay: $16.83 - $18.25 per hour
