Remote Info: Remote – targeting EASTERN and CENTRAL time zones.
Project Details: Working alongside current team members that are PMs, Engineers, Leaders, our client is in need of Technical Project Manager to support of multi-million-dollar projects.

Must Have Skills:
- 5 Years of Technical Project management experience
- Jira as a Project management tool
- Experience working with Cisco Products and tools (Datacenter, Routing/Switching with Network Automation)
- Experience managing Cloud Projects – DevOps expertise from infrastructure side. (Example understanding of Kubernetes within infrastructure.)
- Soft Skills: Communication & Business Etiquette & Working with cross functional teams
- Industry Experience: having come from an Enterprise, Technology, Professional Services organization.
- Agile Project Management experience
Expanded:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Management experience within enterprise level accounts.
- Understanding of each organizations’ functional capabilities/responsibilities/processes to understand who the appropriate resources are to hold accountable
- An ability to articulate the “what’s in it for them/us/the customer” to motivate the accountable resources.
- Process/System development capabilities – ability to understand and address process/system deficiencies/enhancements to meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Understanding process governance, measurement and reporting of process and system performance.
- Communication and presentation skills – professional customer messaging is tantamount to success, an ability to translate technical and/or complex issues into ‘simple English/business’ updates in written and verbal presentation formats consumable at all levels
- An ability to demonstrate/portray the appropriate sense of urgency for the issues regardless of communication forum(remote or in person)
- Ability to quickly create and quickly maintain professional presentations with inputs from multiple resources in multiple formats. (mad PowerPoint, and Excel skills)
- Meeting facilitation skills – focusing discussions/debates on individual issues toward the current status, next steps and customer messaging, daily follow-ups with individual team members to ensure projects are on track and goals are being met
- Support teams in determining the resource allocation to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching
- Capturing and communicating appropriate follow up with internal and external customers.
- Strong Meeting Facilitation Skills
- An understanding of Cisco Technologies/Solutions specific to Datacenter, Core routing and switching and network automation.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
* Computer Science background
