We are now seeking a Technical Project Manager to accelerate our continued growth. The placement is remote (home based) and we are currently seeking only candidates resident in the states of Florida, Texas, Ohio and Arkansas, due to limitations in our registration for employment. About the role
This role is focused on collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements, designing and implementing project solutions, and managing software development projects from inception to delivery. As a core member of the IT team and reporting directly to our CIO, you are expected to become a driving force in the growth of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, capable of bridging the gap between stakeholders and IT teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Detail Activities of the role include:
- Collaboration with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Working closely with design teams to develop prototypes and project solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.
- Partnering with IT leadership to design and implement projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and scope.
- Managing assigned software development projects, setting and tracking milestones, and proactively addressing delays or issues as they arise.
- Establishing and implementing project communication plans, providing regular status updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to prepare comprehensive project status reports.
- Leading discussions to break down technical changes and how they will change the business.
- Documenting system processes with diagrams and other visual aids.

- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of project management principles and planning methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
- Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Additional, preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Experience working with or in an e-commerce business.
- Experience working within the cabinet or adjacent industry.
