JOB DESCRIPTION
Through written and visual content, as well as possible in-person interactions, the Technology Transformation Specialist will serve as an ambassador for ITS by educating the University community on the effective use of available technology resources, with specific focus on the Microsoft Office 365 platform, secure data management, and generative AI tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT. The position will collaborate with departments across campus to develop, document and champion technology solutions that enhance productivity, facilitate collaboration and create new possibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree in technical field with two (2+) plus years’ experience.
- Proven experience in implementing generative AI solutions and managing cloud tools like OneDrive and Teams.
- Strong knowledge of data security and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to staying current with technological advancements.
