We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at HealthBird. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex startup environment, has a deep understanding of MEAN and MERN stacks, and is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with limited resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a range of Technical Projects from conception to completion, with a focus on MEAN and MERN stack technologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, to ensure project milestones and objectives are met within budget and time constraints.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and effectively communicate project objectives, expectations, and statuses to stakeholders and team members.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and ambiguity.
  • Optimize resource allocation and budget management to achieve project goals efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Project management, preferably in a startup or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical acumen with a thorough understanding of MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stacks.
  • Basic software development experience and the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Budget management experience in a low-cost environment.
